Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, giving you time to ensure your cocktail dresses fit perfectly and your bardot tops match your style vision.
🛍️ Style Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or final sale items unless faulty. All items must be returned unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging – just as carefully as we pack your black dresses in our signature garment bags.
Easy 3-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
2. Package & Ship
Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions. Please:
- Repackage items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Include the original packing slip
- Ship to: Outlet Modi Qube Store Returns, 29 Mason Way, Wells, GB CH6Y 3IH
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
3. Receive Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal etc.)
- Exchanges: Your new asymmetric dress or casual blouse will ship within 1-2 business days
International refunds may take additional 3-5 days to appear in your account.
Exchange Options
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your day dress for another from our collection:
- Size exchanges subject to availability
- Can exchange for items of equal or greater value (price difference will be charged)
- No additional shipping fee for exchanges (except international)
Faulty Items
If your chiffon top arrives damaged or with manufacturing flaws:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
